EDNA ZACARI
Edna Ribeiro founded Panther Construction Inc. in 2016, launching the company with the seed money from her final paycheck and a determination forged through nearly two decades in the construction industry. Beginning in 1998 as a receptionist for a large commercial subcontractor, she advanced through roles in office administration, estimating, and project management—frequently overseeing projects valued at over two million dollars. Her broad experience across commercial and residential projects, combined with leadership as a former Director of Operations, prepared her to lead Panther with confidence and vision.
Despite a challenging start, Edna grew the company through perseverance, strategic management, and commitment to quality. Under her direction, Panther Construction has delivered whole-home remodels, deck renovations, build-outs, and both rough and finished carpentry, producing kitchens and bathrooms of the highest standard.
Edna is driven by a commitment to exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and superior craftsmanship. Those values guide every project at Panther and are reflected in the company’s reputation for reliability and client satisfaction.
Project Manager /Drafter
Saulo Zacari
Saulo discovered his passion for construction as a teenager while helping his father build their family ranch in Brazil. There he learned foundational carpentry skills—measuring angles, operating power saws, and finishing with paint—which set the stage for a hands-on career in the trades.
Since 2020, Saulo has built extensive experience across residential and commercial projects, from foundations to final finishes. He has led and executed plumbing, basic electrical work, framing, siding, insulation, drywall, and complete kitchen and bathroom remodels. One of his proudest accomplishments is the design and construction of a large greenhouse, a project that reflects his care for craftsmanship and desire to take on more specialty builds.
As a multi-skilled team member at Panther, Saulo serves as both project manager and drafter. He combines management and quality-control expertise with the ability to translate measurements into clear visual plans. Calm, focused, and detail-oriented, Saulo brings steady leadership and a caring approach to every job.
